Payment Terms and Acknowledgment

By clicking "SUBMIT FORM", I consent to the information I have provided being shared with Open Travel Clubs. I authorize Open Travel Clubs to contact me via phone, text, and email, which may include communication from customer service, marketing, or sales representatives, as well as AI systems. I confirm that I am opting in as a current or potential member of Open Travel Clubs.

I Understand and Acknowledge:

1. Activation of My Closeout Gift:
   Submitting this form activates my travel club closeout gift.

2. Closeout Gift Fee:
   The closeout gift fee is being paid today and is non-refundable after this transaction is processed.

3. Authorized User Confirmation:

   • I confirm that I am the authorized user of the account being charged and do not have a power of attorney on this account.

   • I acknowledge that I was not threatened or promised anything to make this purchase today.

4. Billing Statement:
   I understand that my billing statement will reflect a charge from Open Travel Club.

5. Non-Cancellation Policy:
   Open Travel Clubs abides by all state and federal laws regarding the purchase of vacation packages. Due to the heavily discounted promotion, this payment represents a firm decision. Once processed, it is considered non-refundable.

6. Chargeback and Refund Policy:

   • Open Travel Clubs does not issue cancellations or refunds after this point.

   • In the rare case of a refund approved by Open Travel Clubs, a 20% restocking fee will apply.

   • Initiating a chargeback without contacting Open Travel Clubs per the welcome letter to resolve any issues will result in a waiver of arbitration rights with my bank or credit card company.

   • If a chargeback dispute is filed, I agree to pay a $400 arbitration fee incurred by Open Travel Clubs to resolve the transaction dispute.

7. Membership Terms:

   • My membership is valid for 12 months after activation and will automatically expire unless I pay the $299 renewal fee.

   • Renewal is not mandatory, and there is no obligation to extend membership beyond the first year.

8. Closeout Gift Waiver:
   Open Travel Clubs is waiving the club membership fees for the first year as part of this closeout offer. I am only liable for the activation fee today.

9. Sales Contract:
   Upon receiving my documents, I acknowledge there will be a page titled "Sales Contract" that I am required to sign and return to Open Travel Clubs to activate my travel club membership.
